鶏の煮込み料理！

まあ、そんなに難しい料理ではないけど、日本ではそんなに見られないかもしれない miffy04

では、これから作り方を発表しま〜す！

まず、鶏を小さく切らないで、できればそのままに込んだ方がいいけど、鍋が十分大きいでないならちょっとだけ切っても良い

で、鍋に入れて、水を十分入れて、強火で沸騰するまで煮込む

その間に生姜、青ネギ、枸杞子などを用意する（自分の好みに合わせて棗とかなんとかも入れていいよ、ただ唐辛子入れたら微妙かな）

沸騰したら火を消す

そして鶏を出して冷たい水でもう一回洗う

洗い終わったら圧力鍋に入れて、水をたくさん入れ（少なくとも鶏を覆うくらい）、さっき用意した生姜なども一緒に入れて、食塩とお酒（日本酒などもいいと思うけど、ワインとかはダメだよヽ(ﾟ ▽、ﾟ )ﾉもし何でもかんでもないならお酒入れなくてもいいけど、その後煮込むときは少し長く煮込んだ方がいいかもしれない）を適当に入れる

そして圧力を書けばがら強火でおよそ5分ぐらい煮込んで、それから弱火で15分くらいに込んだらできあがり！
