HandBreak 0.91使用方法

第一——偶的机子是Tiger，只能用91，不清楚92上有些什么变化
第二——个人比较倾向于用QT转h264来节约空间，无法直接用QT转的则会用Compression Master转无损然后丢给QT转，因此会有以下的做法，这个做法只是本人的习惯做法，大家完全可以根据自己的需求习惯等等弄自己的=v=
